Important payment information

All myJacksonCounty online, mobile, and IVR payments will incur a $2.00 convenience fee per transaction, regardless of payment type.

Credit and debit card payments will incur an additional 2.75% processing fee per transaction, and eCheck payments will incur an additional $1.25 per transaction. You can pay multiple accounts with one payment.

Payments not completed by 11:40pm on December 31st are processed after January 1st and will incur interest, penalties, and fees.

How do I get an official receipt?

If you have a myJacksonCounty account, you can print an official receipt from the ‘My Accounts’ section of your Property Tax service dashboard.

If you paid as a guest, click ‘Connect Account’ on the Property Tax service dashboard and search your property again. Your property will be displayed in the ‘My Accounts’ section until you close the browser tab or myJacksonCounty app.

Do I have to create an account?

You don’t have to create an account, but it will save you time in the future. When you create a myJacksonCounty account, you can store payment methods, receipts, and see your transaction history.
